I have the power to change the word! ✨

Jingles

The first time they asked me to write a jingle, I had roared “Noo! It’s not my job!” Yes, it wasn’t. But once I started writing them, I was shocked by all those pain and love and anger and freedom that they filled me with!

The great thing about writing jingles is, you can plant your most hidden, delicate, troubled feelings inside them and people wouldn’t rush towards you concerned about your mental health, but instead they would acclaim your petits verse and chorus with it’s so greats and oh so intimates and wow very personals.

Otherwise, how in the world would they approve the line “If I were a table, I would be more useful” -which I had came up with during a brief depressive moment- in a love song for a gigantic GSM company?

Long live jingles!
